What to Upload

Food Vendors

  • Certificate of Insurance ($1,000,000 minimum; Whiting-Robertsdale Chamber of Commerce and City of Whiting listed as Additional Insured)
  • Lake County Health Department food permit
  • Proof of paid tent rental, if renting

Craft Vendors

  • Indiana Retail Merchant Certificate
  • Certificate of Insurance
  • Lake County Health permit, if selling packaged food

PDFs, photos and Word files all work. A clear phone photo is fine. Files up to 10 MB each.
